I am a full-time MBA student at the University of Notre Dame and an incoming summer associate at Rothschild & Co. I am a progress-driven finance professional with ~3 years of experience in Real Estate and Financial Services. I have honed my skills and abilities in financial modeling, valuations, argus modeling, fundamental analysis, market analysis, industry research, & company analysis throughout my career.

I started my career with Acuity Knowledge Partners, formerly Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services. I was engaged in covenant monitoring, financial models, and going through financial statements and personal tax returns to identify key risk factors to mitigate credit risk and reduce loan default rates. Also, I prepared spreadsheets and loan write-ups for loan approvals; completed loan monitoring through tracking loan maturities and ongoing covenant testing for 200+ borrowers. Moreover, I successfully led a team of 10 interns on a pilot project. Later, I moved to SitusAMC - worked with the valuations team, developing quarterly and annual reports for commercial real estate properties using discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis across the United States.
