Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
As Ajala Digital has grown to serve over 3,000+ companies globally across diverse markets, we've identified a significant opportunity to scale our business development processes more intelligently. Currently, our half-automate manual approach to lead generation, client outreach, and proposal creation limits our ability to efficiently reach and convert the high volume of distressed business owners who need our Google and Meta Ads expertise. 

With clients spanning from Hawaii to New Zealand, we're managing complex, time-intensive business development workflows that don't scale with our growth ambitions. Our team spends valuable time on repetitive tasks like prospecting, initial qualification, and crafting personalized outreach - time that could be better spent on strategic client work and campaign optimization.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
We see a tremendous opportunity to leverage AI to create a more sophisticated, scalable business development engine that can: 

  • Intelligently identify and prioritize prospects who are most likely to be business owners losing money with ads
  • Automating the connection and segmentation better for leads coming from Meta or Google Ads, as well as potential starting to use TikTok Ads
  • Automate personalized outreach that speaks to specific pain points across different markets and industries
  • Streamline our qualification process to better identify companies ready to invest in professional Ads management
  • Research AI tools that support prospecting, qualification, and lead gen based on existing data
  • Learning where to draw the line between AI and human work
  • Automating and making data analysis more efficient for almost instant feedback and iteration
  • Using feedback of funnel to influence design and type of creatives 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Generate data-driven proposals that highlight our proven results (50-70% cost reduction, 2-10x lead increases, etc.)
  • Optimize our global pipeline management across 20+ countries
  • Establish a mostly automated lead gen process that needs less than 10h/week human oversight
