| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | This project aims to develop a robust system to capture and display the impact of the university's statewide outreach and engagement. This is an opportunity to join a critical initiative aligned with the University of Montana’s "Priorities for Action" set by UM leaders and the president. If selected, students will contribute to a high-visibility initiative while applying their project management, data analysis and technical skills in a meaningful way that aligns with the university's strategic goals.

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | The project involves creating a data collection process, ensuring data integrity and developing a user-friendly dashboard allowing real-time updates and easy access to information. This tool will enhance the university’s ability to track progress, demonstrate success and identify areas for strategic growth.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | This work will directly support one of the president’s key priorities by providing a clear and compelling narrative of the university’s statewide impact. If selected, the team would design and implement a platform to collect, organize and visualize data from various campus partners, showcasing the university’s contributions to communities across Montana.
