Globowl is seeking to assess potential exit strategies to maximize its value. The goal is to identify potential investors,  and evaluate various exit strategies, including acquisitions, mergers, or IPOs.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Research previous CPG brands in the baby food/ health sector that have had exits. Find patterns and provide a summary of what tends to happen. Investigate which steps the top 10 largest exits of the list that seemed to have made all of the difference -- this will probably come more from anecdotes via podcast or interviews. What do the leaders attribute their success and big exit to?
  • Research and identify potential investors, strategic partners, and acquisition opportunities in the food, wellness, and sustainable living sectors.
  • Develop a detailed roadmap for a successful fundraising campaign and exit strategy that aligns with Globowl's long-term vision and market trends. 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Identification of a clear set of funding sources and strategic partners (top 10 most likely to be purchasing us, and at what price (with different confidence levels)
  • Development of a comprehensive exit strategy that outlines key milestones, timelines, and valuation targets.
  • Presentation of a fundraising plan that is compelling to investors, with defined capital requirements and growth forecasts.
