| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | The Foundation is a fast growing and expanding NP-CBO.
Lack of affordable and accessible housing and housing in-security is a major area of challenge for many members of the our community. We need to develop a robust plan (startegic) to address the housing in-security. The Foundation has made some investment by purchasing several properties but this approach has not been planful and strategic, it has been reactionary in addressing a bigget challenge. |
| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | Collaborate with the Foundation to deleve into Urban Planning, including the development of a robust Housing Plan and other elements that are pertinent to Urban Planning, in terms of addressing the needs of BIPOC Communities as well as Communities Socioeconomically underresourced.
