Membership churn is high, and member value has decreased over the years. We would like to reduce churn, and believe that will happen with a combination of reimagined: membership pricing, membership perks & offering, and membership GTM strategy.

  • Survey of membership & larger NJ business community to best understand needs
  • Pricing analysis & potential overhaul
  • Market analysis to understand best marketing tactics to bring in new members

  • Decreased membership churn (40 to 20%)
  • Total active memberships: 1,000 of the total, 500 should be startup companies or entrepreneurs. 
  • Comprehensive membership benefits that align with needs & membership value proposition.
