| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | At Miro America Inc. (DBA Miro Home), we are always trying to find innovative ways to market our award-winning home appliances. Our marketing team works diligently to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. We understand the importance of creating and delivering a product experience that is both intuitive and enjoyable for our customers. We strive to create a seamless online shopping journey that offers fast, reliable delivery options and an easy returns process. We want MBA students to assist us in this process by working on lead generation, utilizing CRM tools, understanding different market segments, and finally, running various online-based marketing campaigns.

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | Students will engage in utilizing various tools and creativity to generate leads and collect "unusual" market data. After a close analysis of the said data, students will be using industry-leading tools like Hubspot to craft automated email campaigns to the leads carefully. Afterward, they will take that understanding to explore different ways to optimize and run their first email marketing campaigns, as well as create more customer engagement through content and social media marketing. MBA students will also work on running A/B tests and split-tests to determine the most effective marketing strategy. Through various data analysis techniques such as multivariate analysis, they can compare the effectiveness of various elements of their campaigns. All the information gathered will be used to optimize and improve user experience while also helping us develop more efficient marketing campaigns in the future.
Finally, MBA students will have a chance to practice delivering effective presentations by summarizing the results they achieved with their marketing tactics and giving valuable insights into our product's customer journey. |
| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | Miro is focused on maximizing the utilization of data, but the program's success will heavily depend on students' learning experiences. Miro America Inc. would determine the program as successful if the students are able to identify new leads using innovative ways, communicate their findings well with the stakeholders, and finish out the program by learning how to use industry-standard tools.
