To build a sustainable institution important both for Ukraine and Poland, especially Wroclaw. 
1) how to attract professional and active Ukrainians to our events? Where to find them, mostly they are very different, engaging with small groups. And for the moment what we see - the same people on all the Ukrainian events.
2) how can we build a bridge between Ukrainians and Polish: specially in business, academia are much more eager to cooperate.
3) what do we want to achieve in three years. Having our own premises is the key point but the picture with everything else is not clear yet. The challenge also lies in having three different founders: the rector of the University, former Mayor of Wroclaw, Bishop of Ukrainian Catholic Church - thus it is also important to combine everyone’s priorities. 
4) how to build a sustainable financial system.

1) few interesting high quality events. For example on February 4th we have inauguration of the Foundation with high level people in the discussion. We also plan the very good Ukrainski movie broadcast in the cinema. 
2) start communication - develop social media and promote ourselves
3) get first grants
4) speak at few high quality events and in such a way to present ourselves

We want to become a hub for Ukrainians and Poles looking for a better future in Europe together
