  1. Conduct a market scan of India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to evaluate healthcare infrastructure, oncology innovation, and diagnostic accessibility.
  2. Identify current and emerging pharmaceutical companies in these regions developing targeted cancer therapies and immunotherapies.
  3. Map the landscape of companion diagnostics companies, research institutes, and clinical partners.
  4. Analyze competitors and market gaps in the companion diagnostics ecosystem.
  5. Assess regulatory and clinical trial infrastructure impacting diagnostics innovation in each region.
  6. Provide a regional breakdown of market potential and propose initial partnership outreach targets.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Completion of a comprehensive market landscape report segmented by region.

  • Identification of at least 10–15 relevant pharmaceutical companies and CDx innovators across the three regions.

  • SWOT or gap analysis of current competitors and unmet needs in diagnostics.
