What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?

  • Identify, reach out and secure at least 12 partnerships with artisans for product for MindHappy (part of building a product roadmap)
  • Create, plan and post content leading up to the launch of the site on 4/1 and after to track progress 
  • Build community through engagement and feedback tracking
  • Build and execute a plan for an engaging community experience 


What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish?

  • 12 product partnerships (within cost of goods identified) with artisans (1 partnership for each month of the year)
  • Create a supply chain framework to ensure the products can be promoted, secured for each month 
  • Engage and establish partnerships with5  establishments that can promote a good community experience 
  • Create fun, playful, colorful videos how to videos of the products for the launch
  • Post at least daily on various social media platforms to generate user interest, and promote the brand identity, values and product
