Management believes Outernets is at the forefront of a tremendous growth opportunity and is looking for validation and guidance on positioning its product portfolio. You will have to quickly gain knowledge about your Capstone Partner, the digital out-of-home advertising marketplace, their business model, the competitive landscape and the steps required to obtain more information about these issues. You must also determine your research approach to assessing Outernetsí customer and consumer experiences, as well as developing a methodology to qualify recommended verticals. Throughout, you will need to organize yourselves to efficiently gather and understand the information and synthesize the data into a coherent whole. Assembling your team (such as setting assigned roles of leader, communication contact, or research lead) and developing a project timeline are critical first steps.
