As a current Master's in Finance student at Gabelli School of Business, I am excited to apply for this position and bring my experience and expertise to the organization. 
My interest in finance has developed over the years, particularly through my job at ICICI Bank, one of the largest banks in India. I have been handling asset valuation for real estate and industrial assets in the Mortgage Department, and calculating risks with respect to collateral mortgages. With four years of experience in this field, I have gained valuable insights and knowledge. 
After earning my bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and completing my internship in the Execution Department at a construction site, I decided to pursue further education in Advanced Construction Management (ACM) from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR). This education led me to work in the banking sector, specifically in the Mortgage Valuation Group (MVG) at ICICI Bank. This experience provided me with the opportunity to learn more about mortgages and asset valuation using different methods. 
My duties at MVG included technical appraisal and valuation of property, managing and delivering business and intangible valuation for structures and properties, approved project funding processes, developing and maintaining client relationships, reviewing third-party appraisals, and auditing thirdparty agencies. My ability to analyze market trends in the sale of property and appraisal with a sales point of view has given me a unique perspective that I can bring to this role. I was even awarded the EAGLE EYE award for the prevention of fraud in the organization. 
As you can see from my CV, my academic and leisure activities have given me the capacity and confidence to work with people from a variety of different backgrounds. My ability to work under pressure has been tested time and again in my role, and I have shown myself to be capable of handling pressure and managing a team.
