Founded in 1961, The Arc of Howard County is the oldest and largest nonprofit organization in Howard County, Maryland, providing services to over 400 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their mission is to achieve full community life for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities—one person at a time. They offer a range of services including residential support, employment services, day programs, and retirement services, all designed to promote inclusion and participation in the community.
