Role Model Mentors (RMM) is simultaneously disrupting the tutoring, youth sports training, and music lesson categories ($23B in the U.S.), while productizing competence and self-actualization for K-12 students. This is achieved through a unique mentorship model that matches high-achieving high school students with elementary and middle school students in their community to forge an ongoing relationship where they both benefit tremendously in as little as an hour or two each week.
