Jordan is a serial education technology entrepreneur.

He has started two EdTech companies that are helping students transition from education to work. Jordan started his first education technology company, Real Time Cases (acquired), that raised over $2,000.000 in venture funding while an undergraduate at Lehigh University studying Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Jordan is passionate about cooking, hiking, traveling, sailing, tennis, public speaking, photography, mixology, and coaching/connecting fellow entrepreneurs.

CapSource is building toward a future where user and organizational profiles are generated and enriched automatically through AI-powered parsing of resumes, websites, and digital footprints. As part of that evolution, it’s critical to ensure that profiles—both user-facing and backend-analytic—are useful, intuitive, and robust across a range of use cases: alumni engagement, industry collaboration, professional networking, and talent matching.This project challenges students to explore, test, and enhance the utility of CapSource’s profiles from multiple stakeholder perspectives—students, alumni, universities, and industry partners.

This case challenges students to design a next-generation profile system that serves as both a user experience and a data infrastructure for network intelligence. Students will explore how profile design, data structure, and analytics intersect to drive engagement, discovery, and decision-making across educational and professional ecosystems. The project emphasizes translating AI-enriched data into intuitive, actionable tools that create value for multiple stakeholders. 
  •  Analyze stakeholder needs across students, alumni, institutions, and employers to define high-value profile use cases 
  •  Evaluate current profile structures to identify gaps in usability, data standardization, and cross-platform functionality 
  •  Design an enhanced profile architecture that supports discovery, engagement, and talent matching across network participants 
  •  Develop UX/UI concepts that balance rich data presentation with intuitive navigation and user-specific customization 
  •  Assess how structured metadata (skills, industries, affiliations) can power search, filtering, and network insights 
  •  Design analytics dashboards and KPIs that enable institutions and partners to track engagement, outcomes, and network trends 
  •  Recommend strategies to improve data quality, verification, and ongoing profile enrichment in an AI-supported system 
  •  Synthesize product design, data strategy, and stakeholder value into a cohesive roadmap for scaling CapSource’s profile ecosystem
