In this case, students act as marketing strategists and content creators tasked with designing and launching a podcast campaign for Meditation4Leadership. The project integrates branding, audience insights, content strategy, and performance measurement to deliver a meaningful and scalable outreach initiative. 
Students completing this case will be able to: 
  • Analyze an organization’s brand identity, mission, and values to ensure alignment with content strategy and audience expectations. 
  • Map customer journeys across different audience segments to identify key touchpoints, needs, and content opportunities. 
  • Segment target audiences and develop detailed audience profiles based on demographics, behaviors, motivations, and engagement patterns. 
  • Evaluate how different audience segments interact with wellness, leadership, and mindfulness content. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand positioning, content gaps, and differentiation within the podcast and mindfulness space. 
  • Define a clear and compelling value proposition that positions Meditation4Leadership uniquely in the market. 
  • Design a podcast content strategy, including themes, episode formats, guest selection, and storytelling approaches. 
  • Craft key messages that resonate emotionally and intellectually with target audiences while reinforcing brand values.
