The organization provides various programs to assist with on the job training. Susie is an excellent employee and she absolutely loves the company she works for. She has been promoted multiple times and is currently up for a new promotion in the human resource (HR) department.Susie’s husband, Derek Chand, who is originally from Fiji, is a 37 year old male. They met in their twenties and have been married for ten years. They have three children together. Their son is the oldest, RJ, who is nine years old.
